Day 7 Day 7 was the last day of the project. By this point the fry were
very well developed. Because they were getting so big though, it was
rather difficult for the microscopy light to shine through the bodies
making images difficult to obtain. I made an attempt to get a second full
body composite shot however I wasn't able to. I was however able to get
good images of the developing fins and mouth of the young fry.
Day 7 - Fins and Mouth: (Above)
the pectoral fins
are now very developed and allow the fry to freeswim. (Below)
The mouth is now used for feeding as the yolk becomes used up.
